Circuits, boxing, power walking and a lot of encouragement, with the baby in the buggy beside you. Feed, change or cuddle whenever you need to and rejoin. Adapted for weak pelvic floors and old injuries. Outdoors April to October. Start 6 to 8 weeks after birth, 10 to 12 after a C-section, with your GP's OK.
